We are really excited about this year's packet pick-up location. It is in the heart of Downtown Ventura which features amazing restaurants and shopping.
All Shuttle Pick Ups are all at the Ventura County Fair Grounds 10 W Harbor Blvd, Ventura, CA 93001
You can pay $10 (cash or credit card) to park at the Fairgrounds or you can park downtown for free and walk to the shuttle pick up on Harbor Blvd on the at the Ventura County Fairgrounds.
Race Morning Packet Pick Up is located at your respective start lines. Please note for the half and full marathons there is a $20 fee to pick up on race morning - http://www.venturamarathon.com/runners-resources/race-day-packet-pickup

Full Marathon Shuttles - The full marathon shuttles will leave for the start line at 4:30am. Please arrive by 4:20am. Dress Warm - we have gear check or you can wear and leave clothes you wish to donate (we will donate them). It will be really cold at the start. Layer Layer Layer. Make sure you get on the correct shuttle for your start line. There will be signs taped to the front windows of the buses indicating which start line they are going to.
Parking at the Full Marathon Start - There is no official parking at the marathon start line and there are no shuttles that go back to the marathon start. However, you can find parking off the roads on nearby streets where legally marked. Please note you cannot park on McNell between Reeves Rd and Grand Ave.
Drop Offs at the Full Marathon Start - Drop-offs are allowed at the corner of Grand Ave and McNell (the participant(s) will then walk down McNell to the start. Please note that McNell will be closed between Grand Ave and Reeves Rd. This is the most convenient race strategy if you have someone willing to drop you off. You must get dropped off by 6:00am or you will have to walk about a mile to get to the start line and may arrive late. It will still be dark so pay attention to vehicles and surroundings.
Half Marathon Shuttles - Half marathon shuttles will leave for the start line at 4:30am and 5:30am. Please arrive by 4:20am and 5:20am. We recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the race start so you don't feel rushed and in case there are delays. Please review the drop off area on the map at the bottom of this page.

You MUST arrive by 6:00am for Athlete Drop Off. The roads will be closed starting at 6:00am and you won’t be able to get near the start (closest drop off point is almost a mile away), which may mean getting to the start line late.

You will need to take the 101 to the 33 (see above)

FROM OJAI AREA
Please note the 150 is closed between Ojai and Santa Paula so if you are coming from Santa Paula or the 126 you will need to get to the 101 and take the 33 as if you were coming from Ventura. The below directions are for those who live in Ojai and not affected by the 150 closure.
